Three days into the No Complaining Experiment and I’ve already busted my bracelet! Seems the complaining is a deeply entrenched habit.
From the start, I knew that this experiment would challenge me and so I used elastic cord to make my bracelet easy to switch wrists. Apparently, I should have used a heavier elastic .
